Applies to: UK customers only (we sell and ship only within the UK)


1. Your legal right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you purchase from our website as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • The 14-day cancellation period starts the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.
  • To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing (for example by email) before the 14 days expire.
  • You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us once you’ve told us you’re cancelling.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof you’ve sent them back, whichever is earlier).

The refund will include the standard delivery cost you originally paid, but not any extra you paid for faster or enhanced delivery.

We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.


2. Returning goods

You must contact us prior to returning any goods to obtain a reference and return address.

You must send goods back to the return address provided either on the delivery documentation, or our response for return request.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered them to you in error or the goods are faulty.

Returned goods must be in reasonable condition — we understand you may need to handle them to check their nature and characteristics, but if they are used more than necessary, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value.


3. Items that cannot be returned or cancelled

The legal right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including (where applicable):

  • Custom-made, personalised or clearly tailored items.
  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (for example cosmetics, earrings, underwear) once unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital downloads or digital content once the download/streaming has begun, if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged you would lose your right to cancel.

4. Faulty or mis-described goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If any product we supply is faulty, damaged or mis-described, you have statutory rights:

Within 30 days of deliveryYou can reject the item and get a full refund.
Between 30 days and 6 monthsYou can request a repair or replacement. If that’s not possible or fails, you’re entitled to a refund.
After 6 months and within 6 yearsYou may still be entitled to a repair or partial refund if the fault was present at delivery.

We will bear the cost of returning faulty or mis-described goods.

6. Refund timing

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method:

  • within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods (or proof of return), or
  • within 14 days of your cancellation notice if goods were not yet dispatched.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Returns Policy to reflect legal or business changes. The latest version will always appear on our website.

8. Discretionary Terms

We may at our sole discretion choose to extend the time frames set out within this policy, if we do then that does not form any basis of future application of this policy and you must not assume we will apply those discretionary terms on any future occasions.
